Structure 

Team Charter

  • Committee to collaborate on writing the Team Charter via Team Charter Jamboard. Contributions will be finalized during the next meeting 

Timeline

  • 2021 - 2023 Committee members will be active from July 2021 to March 2023 to allow the next committee members more time to plan for their term prior to the start of the summer. 

  • Next nomination will be on January 2023, voting February 2023 and team transition March 2023 

  • Committee members will commit to 7 quarterly team meetings & monthly meetings with National Coordinator as minimum 

2021 - 2023 Goals

Team Goals

  • Committee members to reevaluate SCA Canada’s mission statement and contribute in Strategic Goals Jamboard 

  • Marketing Coordinator to make final edits 

Individual Goals

  • Education & Community Coordinators to create a survey to distribute to the community for their thoughts and opinions on gaps and improvements for outreach. 

    • Strategic goals will be discussed after the results of the survey  

  • Competition Coordinator to organize & prepare for future competitions 

Pressing Topics

Communication Coordinator

  • Uncontested Communication Coordinator resigned

  • Ibrar volunteered to be Communication Coordinator after nomination deadline. Suggested to the team to appoint Ibrar as Communication Coordinator

  • Another suggestion was to have the Communication Coordinator role as a subcommittee of Marketing Coordinator. 

  • Committee members voted with majority wanting to appoint Ibrar.
