Team Goals 

For this term we will focus on supporting the recovery, revitalization, and growth of our coffee community in the wake of the pandemic through reconnection, engagement, and strategic partnerships.

We will do this by fostering two-way communication with all stakeholders we serve, improve and strengthen our processes, and strive to expand our reach in order to serve a wider community with even greater value

  • SCA Canada Mission & Team Goals to be finalized by end of week (Friday Sept 3) 

Survey Draft

  • Sam, Ibrar and Alison to discuss incorporating this in the intro campaign

  • To be completed by Sept 20. 

    • Creation of survey Google Form

    • Jordan to provide Ibrar with list of members email 

    • Ibrar to create MailChimp Account

Updates & projects each Coordinator is working on

    • Create a list of organizations/associations in Coffee

    • Met with Britney Davis & schedule more meetings with stakeholders 

    • Covid and health protocols for competition

    • Lead in Survey 

    • Explore ways to have educational assets for consumer to be utilized for Beanstock

    • Introduction of team - everyone to send their bios & photos 

    • Working to gain access to Facebook 

    • Transferring assets to new gsuite account 

    • Meeting with Alison & Sam for campaign schedule

    • Chapter identity and voice

    • Meeting w/ Grant about Marketing Coordinator Role

    • Sponsorship model potential change, how they can feel loved by SCA 

      • Reframe the bid to be more of an invitation model on sponsorship
