Q. WHERE DO I FIND INFORMATION ON UPCOMING COMPETITIONS?

A. Click on the ‘EVENTS’ section of our website to see all upcoming competitions and relevant information. We try our best to keep this website up to date and add information as it comes.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN REGISTRATION OPENS FOR COMPETITIONS?

A. Registration dates are announced through our social media and mailouts. Make sure that you are signed up below, or following our accounts with post notifications turned on. We strive to give at least one week notice before registration opens.

 

Q. I am not a member of the SCA, can I still volunteer?

A. Of course! We are an inclusive organization by the coffee community, for the coffee community. There are great benefits to membership, but you do not need to be a member to volunteer at competitions, events, or an ongoing basis.

 

Q. I am/represent a company who would like to offer support to the sca. How do we go about doing so?

A. We have created collaborate and sponsorship sections on our website under ‘SUPPORT.’ We look forward to hearing from you.

 

Q. I would like to host an sca competition, how do i do it?

A. You may submit an application to host in our ‘SUPPORT’ section. Hosts are selected based on their ability to execute the event according to WCE rules and regulations, as well as ability to send a winner to Nationals/Worlds.

 

Q. I AM A MEMBER AND would like to have my event SUPPORTED by the organization.

A. We strive to support our members wherever it is appropriate. Please get in touch with us through the ‘CONTACT’ section of our website. Events must have a focus on education and/or community building to be endorsed by the SCA Canada Chapter.
