What’s it all about?

The Coffee Technicians Program teaches individuals how to maintain or repair coffee equipment There are six modules with levels of Foundation, Intermediate and Professional They include:

  • Water  & Preventive Maintenance - Coming soon!

  • Coffee Machines- Coming soon!

  • Coffee Preparation - Coming soon!

Find courses

All courses are taught by Approved SCA Trainers (ASTs) who are licensed to instruct to the SCA’s standards. Courses can either be taken at Premier Training Campuses or at other locations. Foundation courses can also be taken through distance learning with an AST. You can find these courses by using the DISTANCE LEARNING filter on the SCA Course Calendar.
