SCA Canada is excited to announce that the National Latte Art Competition will be held at the Restaurant Canada Show in February 2018.
Latte Art competition utilizes the Barista's technical pouring skills when crafting a milk-based coffee beverage. This will be the second competition to be held in Canada. Only 12 competitors will be in the preliminary round which takes place on February 26th with the top 6 advancing to the final round on February 27th.
Competitors are required to make 6 drinks - 2 sets of matching free-pour lattes and 1 set of matching designer patterns.
