The National Barista Competition this year will be held in Toronto, Ontario on May 26th and 27th. The competition focuses on the Baristas making 3 different espresso based drinks to a panel of sensory and technical judges. 

The winner of the final round, will go to represent Canada at the World Barista Championship in Amsterdam in June, 2018.
